Happy 7 month birthday, Jayden!

I can't believe it's been 7 whole months today!! Where has the time gone?! Loving my little man a whole lot more each day!!! Thankful to God for blessing me with him!!

Just in case you haven't heard, my beautiful nieces are here! God is so gracious when we follow him, when we follow his will & do what he asks of us.
Hope Ann was born at 4:58 pm 4/4/13 weighing 6 pounds, 11 ounces. Faith Emilie was born at 5:00 pm 4/4/13 weighing 7 pounds, 4 ounces. Both are doing great! Mom & daddy are doing great!

Little Man

Our little man will be 6 months old come Monday, March 25th! I just can't believe it. And every time I think about it, the tears start coming...without fail! He is just growing too fast, and there is really nothing his daddy nor I can do about it :(

Seeing that he is almost 6 months, this mommy has already decided when his birthday party will be & what the theme will be!!! I'm proud to say I like to be prepared :D Please mark your calendars for September 21st!! Invitations with info will be delivered the first part of September :) And our theme is "Little Man" with mustaches & ties :) EEEEKKK I'm super excited! Maybe it's because I get to get my crafty self on...or the fact that my little man is going to look so stinking adorable ;) << Yes, I'm a little bias ;)

Ramble Post

Jayden is sitting here with me, so if you see a random letter, space, number or just anything out of the ordinary, you know its him ;)

Today our plans are to go to the church to do some Spring Cleaning...and I've decided I need to tackle that nursery before anymore kids get their hands and/or mouths on the toys!

Busy mom, busy life...

     I think I have officially become that mom that doesn't update her blog as often as she would like....I'm updating you on Jayden, Brady & I, but more than likely it'll be a lot of Jayden ;) Jayden will be 5 months on the 25th!! I'm not sure where the time has gone, but it needs to slow down!! 

    As far as how I'm doing, I'm officially starting MOPS  today! I could have chosen one a lot closer to where I live, but considering my sister went with me last month to one in DeSoto, I'm already hooked on that group and the ladies! Brady is still working hard so that this mom can stay home (which I'm so very thankful he's giving me a year)! He's also still fixing iPhones, iPods & iPads on the side. Jayden is doing good, after all that's the reason you came to read my blog anyway, right?!?! ;) Haha, just messing with you!

    Jayden is doing really good! He's learning so much! He has mastered rolling from his tummy to his back, but not from his back to his tummy. In fact, he gets to frustrated because his arm will not move when he's rolling over! Just in the last few days he has learned so much! February 3rd, he discovered his ears! February 6th, he discovered his toes, or as Brady would call them, his tootsies. And just yesterday he REACHED FOR ME!!! He's an extremely happy and good baby and we're so incredibly blessed! Not to mention, he's so very handsome and he stole my heart just like his daddy!

A Davidson Christmas

As we get closer to Christmas, we must remember the true meaning of this season. Remember that God blessed a virgin, Mary, who was to be married to a carpenter, Joseph, with the Son of God. Remember that Jesus was born to become our Savior, who later was crucified for our sins.

Although it has become a national holiday to celebrate the giving of gifts, getting wrapped up in the hustle and bustle of craziness.

Granted, I'm human, I enjoy gift giving, but as my parents taught both my sister and I the TRUE meaning of CHRISTmas. I plan to teach my son the real meaning as well.

Between visiting family and the giving and receiving of gifts this year, please remember to take time out of your busy day to give the glory to God, the maker & healer of all things.

So without further ado, Brady & I want to wish you and yours a Very Merry Christmas!! God Bless each of you this year!
