Jayden has arrived!!

This is 4 days late, but oh well ;) the story of how my...actually our world changed...brought to you by Jayden Kent Davidson ;)

Monday, September 24th at 7:30, my water broke. I had been sick all through the night and it didn't stop until my water broke! 26 hours, pitocin, an epidural and a c-section later, Jayden was born on September 25th at 9:00 am weighing exactly 9 pounds and measuring 21 inches long! He's our precious little man and we couldn't imagine our lives without him!!

Double Blessed

Is it possible to be double blessed? Yes, I think so!! Yesterday I got a picture from my Sis:
It didn't take me long at all to figure out that there were TWO BABIES inside of her!!! Although some people are still in shock that she continues to have children, I'm just thankful that she's able to. Some women don't have the opportunity to ever become a mother! These babies are a double blessing from our Lord above and we shouldn't be "shocked" that they're now adding #7 & #8 to their squeezable family! God goes above and beyond to prove that he is the Almighty One and we doubt him, why?!

I was telling a friend yesterday that I'm officially convinced (not that I wasn't convinced before, but this just proves that it's a perfect name with a perfect meaning) that we chose Jayden's name for a reason, because it means "God has heard" & he sure has!! I was also telling her that we can't and NEVER will replace Jaron Truth, but it's extremely exciting to know that she will get her 7th & 8th huggable, squeezable child at the same time!

I'm beyond excited for her, my Brother-in-Love and my nieces and nephews!! No matter the genders, I just ask for prayers that they will be healthy babies!!

God Bless

37 Weeks!!

THE COUNTDOWN OFFICIALLY BEGINS!!

We are officially 37 weeks today!!! God has blessed us so very much on this journey of this little life inside me! I've been having inconsistent contractions since last Tuesday and my doctor has told me that she feels Jayden will more than likely be here in the next couple of weeks!! He's dropping more and more each day and even though it's become uncomfortable for me to walk or sleep or actually even sit, I know it's all going to be worth it when he gets here!!

I had to have blood work done last week to test for preecalmpsia, because my blood pressure was higher than normal and my feet have become more swollen, I should have those results back today, please say a prayer that if I do have it, they just put me on bed rest until Jayden decides to come, not that they (the doctors) choose when he comes!

I also ask for prayers for my Hubbers, he's been so patient through this whole process, and he's had to endure a lot from me with my mood swings and what not. This is both so very new to us, and even though we say we're ready....I'm not completely sure that we are! (lol) He's my gift from God (without a doubt) and I know that every time I tell him "um I'm having contractions" he freaks just a little bit, but through it all, he stays as calm as he can be and for that I am thankful.

Also, here's a little show of pics we had done by our FAVORITE photographer!! ;)
